A Family Home Reimagined | TVNZ’s Love It or List It NZ
Love It or List It NZ | The Driver Family, Avondale | Now showing on TVNZ+
With a young son and plans for a growing family, the Drivers' Avondale bungalow needed to work harder. After being home for two years, and a growing family, their needs were changing. The small kitchen was difficult to move around in, which made cooking together as a family a challenge.
The bathroom, laundry and toilet arrangements were also creating practical frustrations, the home needed a fresh approach to make it work for the family’s next chapter.
As part of TVNZ’s Love It or List It NZ, Counties Kitchens is proud to bring Alex Walls' cabinetry design to life. Alex developed a design to help rethink how the home could function for everyday family life.
Balancing aesthetics with practicality, we created beautiful Laminex Melteca Urban Ash bespoke cabinetry paired with Caesarstone Frosty Carrina benchtops. It is a kitchen designed to make everyday family routines easier, with more room to cook, connect and spend time together. Spaces that feel as good to use as they do to look at.
At Counties Kitchens, we believe great design is about creating homes to love, spaces that work beautifully for the way life unfolds.
