Our Design-Led Process

The process is as important to us as the end product. Over the years, we have refined a highly considered, customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional joinery and kitchen projects. We continuously hone this process to ensure clarity, confidence, and a seamless experience for every client.
Our workflow guides you through each step—from initial concept and detailed technical drawings to precision manufacturing, installation, and aftercare.
1. Preparation, Brief & Budget
Every project begins with a detailed discussion about your space. We take the time to understand your needs, tastes, and personal style, as well as how you want your space to function day-to-day. We review any architectural or interior design plans you may have, or we measure your space ourselves. These insights form the foundation of the initial concept.

We also welcome inspiration imagery to help us define the aesthetic direction and design language of your project.
2. Concept Design & Costing
From here, we develop initial drawings that translate your brief into a clear design direction. These drawings, along with inspiration imagery, help you visualise our design intent and understand the scope of what has been priced.
Once you’ve had the opportunity to review the concept and estimate, we invite you to confirm your commitment to the project by proceeding with either a non-refundable design deposit or a full project deposit.

This step simply ensures that we can dedicate the time, focus, and expertise required to refine your design in detail and progress your project with the level of care and professionalism it deserves. Once a deposit is received, we are formally engaged
3. Technical Design
At this stage we finalise the design and then develop a detailed technical design—an essential, time-intensive phase that ensures accuracy and quality in the final build.
Here, we refine layouts, resolve all cabinetry details, and select materials and finishes that meet both your brief and your budget.
These details are the foundations of your cabinetry and must be thoroughly considered before manufacturing can begin.
4. Production
With the design complete, we hand the project over to our production team. Our skilled detailers, project managers, and cabinetmakers craft your cabinetry with precision and care. All joinery is dry-fitted in our workshop to verify accuracy before dispatch. At this point, we invite you to visit the factory to view your cabinetry—an important step where you can see the craftsmanship behind your project and ensure all details are as you envisaged.
5. Installation
Before delivery, we request the pre-installation payment. Your joinery is then transported to your home, holiday home, or workplace and delivered to the installation room the day before our installers arrive.

Our installation team then completes the fit-out, followed by stone templating. Your benchtop is typically installed 10–15 working days later. Your plumber and electrician can return 24 hours after benchtop installation, to complete their final fittings.
6. Handover
We work closely with you—either directly or alongside your designer, builder, or architect—throughout the process. We do not request final payment until we are fully satisfied with the completed result. Once installation is complete, we liaise with you and review everything to ensure your new space performs exactly as intended.
