This is our second kitchen from Counties Kitchens, so we were already familiar with the quality of their work and service. Our project involved replacing the kitchen in a mid-century home. The design team listened carefully to our brief and understood what we were trying to achieve. Johanna's design expertise was evident throughout the project. She helped us refine our ideas into a kitchen that suited both our taste and our practical requirements, and provided excellent guidance whenever we needed advice. Counties Kitchens follows a well-organised process and provided us with a simple guide outlining each stage of the project and the responsibilities involved. This helped us coordinate the many trades involved and keep everything moving smoothly. Once the kitchen moved into production, Jeff was both responsive and proactive when we had questions from our other trades or when he needed to check details on site. Counties' installer, Soni, did an outstanding job installing our kitchen. Our mid-century home has uneven ceilings, floors and walls, which made the installation particularly challenging. His craftsmanship was excellent, and he worked carefully with us on the finer details to ensure we were happy with the finished result. There is a lot to coordinate in a new kitchen project, and there was the odd misunderstanding along the way. What impressed us most was Counties Kitchens' commitment to working with us to find solutions. The team listened to our concerns and worked hard to achieve an outcome that we were happy with. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would happily recommend Counties Kitchens to others.

A Great Job Well DoneI needed 2 drawers to be remade as the drawers were not self closing correctly (Grass Runners)I went to the showroom in Ash Rd and Monique took my details & I supplied the 2 Drawers on Wednesday. A quote was sent by Email to me that afternoon & I accepted it. I was told that it would be sometime next week. Well I get a call on the following Tuesday for installation on the Wednesday Morning. Having used Counties Kitchens when we built 20+ years ago it was time for a refresh, our existing kitchen was still in excellent condition which is why I returned to Counties due to first hand experience with their product. After meeting with Pippa and after a thorough consultation she has designed a beautiful space that not only is far more user friendly it’s stunning in appearance. Counties built the kitchen and laundry. They even did the cabinetry for the dining area. Johanna and her design team were meticulous in designing the cabinets.
